To celebrate their 100th anniversary, the Building Owners and Managers Association of Georgia (BOMA Georgia) asked encyclomedia to create a series of videos for them, each focusing on a different aspect of their history. The videos played at their monthly meetings, with the final video premiering at their 100th anniversary gala. One of the coolest things about working with a group that manages commercial real estate throughout the state? The locations! Working with BOMA, we filmed in high rises with some of the absolute best views.
Encyclomedia’s studio manager and head grip, Sean Peiffer, became very experienced at applying neutral density gels to the windows to allow us to film interviews with a great skyline view in the background. The skyline theme continued into the edit and especially the motion graphics for the videos. Motion Graphic Designer Matt Sigmon created a graphics package that highlighted the skyline and the dramatic way it has changed during BOMA’s 100 years.
